One-to-one coaching is flexible and customized to specific desired outcomes. We start with 360 interviews that focus on personal style, mood, and trust, in terms of how executive are able to lead others in generating possibilities and convening action.

We use a four-phase action model to simplify and clarify accountability in complex, recurring processes involving many people and stages. Our approach focuses on desired outcomes, conditions of satisfaction, and accountability for coordinating the action required to achieve them.

Basic training in distinguishing and skillfully engaging in a unique category of performative verbs that are at the heart of effective action. Our approach is based on Speech Act Theory developed by John Searle and later refined by Dr. Fernando Flores.
