Executive coaching, process design, and skills development in communicating for action, as needed to support performance-based culture transformation.
Charles has a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from Northeastern University, an MBA from Brenau University, and an Ontological Design Course certificate of completion from Business Design Associates.
Olga Stephan

Her skilled coaching with clients inspires them to greater ambition, fortified with new capabilities for thriving in the future.
Olga has 20 years of coaching experience, as well as a background in information technology. She has worked across North America and Europe, consulting to Fortune 1000 companies in healthcare, semiconductor, auto, energy, construction, insurance, banking, and accounting. Recent clients include Atlassian, Plantronics, Veritas, Cepheid, and Verigy (now Advantest), where she improved the performance of the CXO and their teams through individual coaching and implementation of new team management practices.
At Axolotl (now OptumInsight) she produced breakthrough results with the CEO’s team through team and individual coaching and the establishment of a “war room” to ensure on-time delivery of strategic initiatives. Specialties: Executive and leadership coaching; mobilizer for large strategic initiatives, communication and coordination effectiveness, stakeholder management and relationship building. Olga has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She is a proud dual citizen of Canada and the United States and brings her love of travel and cultural diversity to her work.

Richard Ogle
Director of Research & Development
Richard Ogle is a veteran academic, business consultant, and writer. His book, Smart World: Breakthrough Creativity and the New Science of Ideas, was published in 2007 by Harvard Business School Press, and has also been published in the UK and Korea. He has a Ph.D. in linguistics from UCLA, and has taught for many years at the University of California, Davis, the University of Essex (UK), and in the Evening MBA Program of the School of Economics and Business Administration at St. Mary’s College, California.
His research papers include articles on linguistics, business innovation and communication, and bioethics.
Ogle’s consulting clients include Simon and Schuster, The Discovery Channel, the Electric Power Research Institute, Pfizer, Wells Fargo Nikko, The Axelrod Group, and Kaiser Permanente. His current research and consulting activities focus on breakthrough creativity and modeling culture in business organizations, using dynamic network science.
Born and raised in England, he came to the U.S. in 1968. His honors include being awarded a four-year Regents Fellowship at UCLA and a Fulbright Travel Scholarship.
